The mission of the Camden County Sheriff’s Office Operations Division is to provide professional services while working with all citizens to preserve life, maintain human rights, protect property and resources, and to promote individual responsibility and community commitment.
Major Chuck Byerly
 A 25-year veteran of law enforcement is head of the Patrol Division. He is a graduate of the FBI Academy in Quanitco, Virginia and holds a masters in Criminal Justice. Specialized training as a countywide bomb technician makes him invaluable to the department and Camden County.
