CAMDEN COUNTY GEORGIA, DETENTION FACILITY

 Visitation
Visitation is scheduled on Saturday and Sunday each week 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Saturday is for inmate's last name starting with A ending at M
Sunday is for inmate's last name starting with N ending at Z.
Visitation may be cancelled or interrupted without notice.

Visitors:
A visitor must be on the inmate's approved visitor list. The list may have up to 4 approved names.
The inmate is allowed a maximum of 3 visitors for a period of 15 minutes.
Visitors between the age of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
Visitors must leave all cell phones, pagers, keys, wallets and purses in their vehicle. The Camden County Sheriff's Office is not responsible for articles left in vehicles.

Inmate Cash/Deposits
Visitors may not bring any items to the inmate other than a cashier check or money order made out in the inmate's name. Cash will also be accepted. The funds will be deposited to the inmate's commissary account. Visitors may also make deposits directly to an inmate's commissary account using the online service at www.MyCarePack.com. or by calling 1-866-394-0490. When calling you should be prepared to provide the jail location, name of facility, Inmates first and last name, Inmates ID Number and your billing address and credit card number. We encourage visitors to utilize the online deposit method for a faster deposit and more timely service.  In July 2011 a kiosk was setup in the lobby of the detention facilty in Woodbine, which allows you to add funds by cash or credit card to the inmtes commissary account.

Dress Code:
Visitors must comply with the established dress code and may be prohibited from visitation if they fail to conform with appropriate attire. Specifically, sleeveless shirts, tank tops, low cut tops, or short shorts will not be permitted at visitation.

Inmate Property:
No inmate property shall be released after the first 24 hours from booking time.
During the first 24 hours only inmate approved persons with a picture ID shall be able to receive the inmate property.

Communications:
Inmates may receive letters. Letters should be addressed to Inmate Name, P.O. Box 520, Woodbine, GA 31569. All letters are subject to search and /or screening. Inmates cannot receive e-mail.
